Founded in 1945, the College of Nursing is one of the nation’s premier nursing education institutions. Wayne State’s undergraduate and graduate programs are consistently ranked in the top 10 percent of all nursing schools by U.S. News and World Report and The Gourman Report. Ranked the No. 5 doctoral nursing program in the country, the College runs the oldest nursing research center in the country with more than $8 million in annual funding.
